Belvoir chapter awarding Prince William
County School grant (Jan07)
AFCEA serves as a bridge between government requirements and industry capabilities, representing the top government, industry, and military professionals in the fields of information technology, communications, and intelligence. Since 1993, our chapter continues to focus on the Fort Belvoir Community and surrounding areas. Today, with over 200 members, we continue to provide great networking
opportunities for business professionals with a core focus in Information Technology. We are also proud to host the AFCEA Belvoir Industry Days Featuring PEO EIS. This year's conference will take place 16-18 April 2008 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in Prince Georges County MD. In addition to great networking opportunities, we give back to the community each year in the form of grants to surrounding area schools and scholarships to deserving students to help fund their college education. We gave over $100,000 last organizational year and plan to do much more this year! We say thank you to all of our members and corporate sponsors who make this possible.
